Invitation to our Annual General Meeting - 2012

Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 5^thNovember at RMIT Building 50, Orr Street, Carlton, at 8.00pm. All members are invited to attend.

If you have been thinking about getting more involved in Architects for Peace, would like to know more about what's been happening behind the scenes this year and what's planned for 2013, we would love you to join us at our final meeting for the year!

If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else for a position on the Committee of Management, put forward a motion, or have any queries, please email Soledad Maldonado, Secretary to soledad@architectsforpeace.org. Nominations are due by Monday 29^thOctober. Motions must be submitted no later than Monday 22^ndOctober. The agenda, nomination form and proxy details are attached here.

Note that the meeting time is a bit later than usual so that Beatriz (our vice president) can join us from Chile via Skype. You're welcome to join us for dinner before the meeting, at 6pm, venue TBA. Be sure to save the date and let us know if you'd like to join for dinner so that we can send you the venue details.
