We, at arch-peace don't want to miss out on the urban achievements of most of the world just because it didn’t happen in English!

While English is an important language, the chances are that most architecture, urban design, planning and art are happening in a language other than English!

So we have dedicated a news section called Urban World to the many world languages. This section is for you to build and we hope you have lots to contribute. Can you come up with a more interesting title? Please send your ideas.

As arch-peace team our knowledge of languages is limited, so we rely on you to let us know when we get some of those pervasive "spam news" - we will then delete it as soon as possible. Permanent contributors will be acknowledge on the website – you are invited to become a coordinator of news in your own language. Please start your news with the name of the country where they have taken place.

Place yourself on the arch-peace map, organise your own group, coordinate activities and learn about other cities at arch-peace travellers. This map offers the opportunity for you to talk directly with other arch-peace members in your own city or across the world.

We view these spaces as opportunities to enjoy the diversity of urban expressions and to awaken interest, for learning and friendship among all urban cultures.
